Un engagement tant social qu’environnemental. - 2022-03-10

The problems linked to climate change are no longer to be demonstrated today, we see the negative effects all over the world. Combining the passion of free fall and wind tunnel flight with the respect of the environment is a real challenge. Indeed, the energy consumption of such a structure is enormous and it is therefore difficult to make it work with green energy. Difficult yes... but not impossible. More and more people put their desires and dreams on hold because of moral and ecological dilemmas. Magali and Steve Braff were not about to give up on their project and by using the skills they had acquired throughout a successful career in the INDOOR SKYDIVE industry, they were able to achieve a result that was totally environmentally friendly.

When Steve and Magali Braff decided to create LUXFLY, they wanted to take their environmental commitment to the next level. These adrenaline and nature lovers did everything they could to ensure that their sports complex was environmentally friendly. Thus, they rely 100% on green energy to move 1400 m3 of air per second!

After 2 years of COVID-19 restrictions, many of us hoped that 2022 would see the long-awaited comeback, which made a very challanging year for LUXFLY's start-up. However, the impact of the pandemic resonated strongly in global markets.

The war in Ukraine has led to unprecedented increases in energy prices, stifling financial expectations for LUXFLY,
