BELLY DYNAMIC 2-WAY
Speed Routine Breakdown
In a Belly Dynamic 2Way (BD2W) Speed Routine, two flyers execute a series of predefined patterns within the wind tunnel on the belly, as quickly and precisely as possible.
The routine consists of three main components: Snakes, Verticals, and Mixers, repeated across three pages.
RULES OF THE COMPETITION
Round Structure: each round consists of three pages.
Scoring Criteria:
Execution will be judged based on clean performance of the pattern.
The entire body must fully pass the side lines (green/blue) and side ring, for the movement to be valid.
Lines: Only the green and blue lines are counted (no central line).
Facing the tunnel from the door in the antichambre, the Green line is on the left side of the tunnel, and the Blue Line is on the right side.
Busts & Penalties:
A bust occurs if the body does not completely pass the required lines or ring.
Each bust results in a 3-second penalty.
A missed movement or missed entry results in a 5-second penalty.
Time Limit: 1 minute and 40 seconds per round.
Participation: The round can be performed solo or as a two-way. If performed solo, the flyer follows the pattern as described below for flyer 1.
