The Role

As a Wind Tunnel Instructor at LUXFLY, you will be the heart of our operation. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time flyers to experienced skydivers, and your primary mission is to ensure every person who walks through our doors feels safe, supported, and excited about their flight experience and can feel the community behind a pssionated team. 
This isn’t just about flying; it's about connecting with people, sharing your expertise, and contributing to a supportive team culture. You'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and ready to go the extra mile to make every customer feel special.

Your Responsibilities

* Instruct & Inspire: Lead flight sessions for participants of all ages and skill levels, including guiding beginners during Highfly sessions and delivering customized training programs.
* Maintain Safety & Trust: Conduct thorough safety checks and ensure all procedures are followed with meticulous attention to detail.
* Be a Team Player: Collaborate closely with your instructor colleagues,  technical, commercial, and events teams. You'll be an essential part of the daily operations, contributing to a drama-free and highly collaborative environment.
* Care for Our Gear: Support basic tunnel maintenance tasks to ensure our equipment is always in top condition.
* Deliver the LUXFLY Vibe: Maintain a consistently positive attitude that creates an energizing and motivating environment for both clients and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

* A-plus Certified: You have an A+ wind tunnel instructor rating and at least one year of experience.
* A Positive Mindset: You bring energy and solutions, not problems. You are resilient under pressure and learn from mistakes.
* Exceptional People Skills: You are an excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence, able to connect with clients and colleagues from all backgrounds.
* Reliability & Professionalism: You are punctual, responsible, and accountable for your actions, and you respect our company's values and procedures.
