Welcome to LUXFLY!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that you respect the following guidelines.

 

Access

Access to the site and bar is free and open to all. Spectators are welcome but must follow the Luxfly Indoor Skydive code of conduct. Luxfly reserves the right to ask spectators to leave the premises. In case of a private event, access to the site may be restricted; notifications will be posted in advance on our website and social media.

Participation in the activity requires proof of reservation, and your name must appear on the flight schedule for the day. Bookings are non-refundable on-site. Any concerns or suggestions can be addressed to support@luxfly.eu.

Luxfly reserves the right to adjust individual activity rates and to refuse access if no spots are available, without compensation. Special rules for persons with reduced mobility and their companions are available at reception or by contacting support@luxfly.eu.

 

Parking

Parking is private and reserved for customers. The speed limit is 20 km/h, and pedestrians always have the right of way. Make sure your vehicle is locked, and do not leave valuables inside. Luxfly is not responsible for theft or damages. It is forbidden to park overnight, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. Camping, barbecues, or picnics on the grounds or parking lot are not allowed.

 

Building Behavior and Safety Rules

• Access to the site is only permitted during opening hours. Participation in the wind tunnel requires meeting all safety conditions, and access may be denied for physical reasons.
• The management may inspect bags at the entrance when necessary. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Participants must sign the Declaration of Risk (DDR) and agree to follow all safety guidelines. Luxfly cannot be held liable except in cases of intentional damage or gross negligence.
• Weapons, drugs, and dangerous items are prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate expulsion, and authorities will be notified in cases of illegal activity.
• Acts of aggression or sexual misconduct will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities.

 

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or within 10 meters of entrances and windows. Smoking is prohibited while wearing a flight suit. A designated smoking area is available in the parking lot.

 

Animals

Animals are not allowed inside the building, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs wearing official vests.

 

Lockers

A limited number of free lockers are available for visitors to store valuables. Lockers must be emptied at the end of the day, and any unclaimed items will be removed by staff. Luxfly is not responsible for the security of locker contents.

 

Dress Code

Visitors must dress appropriately. A minimum of a shirt, shorts/skirt, and footwear are required. For the activity, participants must wear a t-shirt, shorts/pants, and closed-toe shoes. Sneakers without metal parts are ideal.

 

Littering

Please dispose of trash in the designated bins to keep the site clean.

 

Drones

Drones are allowed under specific conditions. Authorization must be requested via support@luxfly.eu at least 24 hours prior to your visit.

 

Restrooms

Restrooms are clearly marked. Children’s care must be conducted in designated areas. Please dispose of hygiene products in the bins provided.

 

Shop

Items in the shop are clearly priced, and these prices are non-negotiable. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once purchases are made. Theft or attempted theft will result in expulsion, and authorities may be notified.

 

Emergency Procedures

In the event of a fire, accident, or evacuation, follow the instructions of staff and emergency services. Re-entry to the building is only allowed with official permission. Report any accidents immediately to the first aid station.

 

Visual Material

You may be photographed or filmed during your visit. By entering the site, you agree to the use of this material for Luxfly's communication purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the reception before entering.

 

Instructions

Please follow the instructions of Luxfly staff and the signs on-site. Management reserves the right to modify opening hours and safety rules as needed. Non-compliance may result in expulsion without refund or compensation.
