How to Redeem a Gift Voucher at LUXFLY?
Booking with a gift voucher is simple! Follow these steps:
- Enter your code: Visit our booking page and enter your gift voucher code in the designated field.
- Choose your date and time: Select the day and time for your flight. Once confirmed, you will see the booking details directly in your account.

Have multiple codes?
No problem! Enter each code one by one, selecting the same date and time for each flight. If the chosen time slot is no longer available, select the next available time. We will make sure to organize your group at the same flight time.
Want to use a gift card and add someone without a gift card?
You can easily add another person! Start by entering your gift card code and selecting the day and time of your flight. Then, click here to add one or more additional packages, choosing the same time for all participants. If that time slot is full, select the next available time, and we will group you together.
What if I can’t use my gift voucher before the expiration date?
You have two options:
- Transfer the gift voucher: Your gift voucher is not personal, so you can transfer it to someone else before the expiration date.
- Renew the voucher: You can extend your code for an additional 3 months. To do this, enter your code and follow the steps for renewal before the expiration date.
Can’t access the calendar?
If you are having trouble accessing our calendar or receive the message "Oops! The voucher cannot be used", this means your voucher has expired. The validity of the vouchers is 12 months.
