Year-end party: this year, skip the restaurant

LUXFLY Indoor Skydive hosts corporate year-end parties in Sterpenich, 10 minutes from Luxembourg City and Arlon. Your team flies like in freefall in Europe's tallest indoor skydiving tunnel, then the evening continues in a private space with bar and partner caterer. Everyone takes part, with no fitness requirement, including people with reduced mobility.

How the evening unfolds

1. Welcome and briefing in groups of 10, in the amphitheatre.
2. Equipment provided: flight suit, helmet, goggles.
3. Two flights per person with an instructor, HighFly option to fly high in the chamber.
4. Photos and video of every flight.
5. Drinks and party in the private space, with one of our partner caterers.

How much does a year-end party at LUXFLY cost?
It depends on the number of participants and the package (flights only, flights + private evening, flights + evening + catering). Request a quote and you'll have it within 24 working hours. For the same budget as a festive dinner, every participant leaves with a flight, photos and a video.

Can all my colleagues fly?
Yes. Indoor flying needs no fitness and suits everyone from age 4 to over 90. People with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users, fly with dedicated support. Maximum weight: 120 kg.

How many people can you host?
From 10 to 250. Flights run in groups of 10, so the others enjoy the bar and the glass amphitheatre meanwhile.

How long does the evening last?
Allow 2.5 hours for 30 people, flights and party included. For larger groups or a longer evening, the venue is yours until the time you choose.

What about food?
We work with selected partner caterers, from cocktail to seated dinner. The bar stays open all evening.

Where are you, and how do we get there from Luxembourg City?
Rue de Grass 103, 6700 Sterpenich (Arlon), Belgium, 300 m from the border. 10 minutes by car from Luxembourg City, exit 33 on the E411/E25. Free parking on site.

How far ahead should we book?
For December, book in October: Thursdays and Fridays go first. For a January kick-off, book before 15 December.

What if someone doesn't want to fly?
They enjoy the evening from the glass amphitheatre, one metre from the flight chamber, and leave with their colleagues' photos. In practice, almost everyone ends up flying.
