The terms "LUXFLY" and "we" refer to LUXFLY INDOOR SKYDIVE S.A., operating on behalf of LUXFLY. This privacy policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions of LUXFLY INDOOR SKYDIVE. All terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

When signing a waiver, online or on-site, we collect information such as your name, date of birth, postal address, phone number, email, gender, and some health-related data. We also collect information on minors you register.

Data controller, legal bases and retention

The data controller is LUXFLY INDOOR SKYDIVE S.A., Rue de Grass 103, 6700 Sterpenich (Belgium), BCE 0698.904.004. We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. Our legal bases are: performance of the contract (booking, purchase, gift voucher), our legal obligations (accounting, safety), your consent (non-essential cookies, newsletters, publication of photos and videos, health data on the waiver) and our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, improving our services). We keep your data for as long as needed for these purposes and for the period required by law (7 years for accounting records).

Non-essential cookies and trackers are subject to your consent, in accordance with Article 129 of the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Minors

Our activities are open from the age of 4. Data relating to minors (for example on the waiver) is provided by their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for it. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardians, in accordance with Belgian law. If you notice that a minor has sent us data without such consent, please write to support@luxfly.eu and we will delete it without delay.

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, or for any question or suggestion, write to support@luxfly.eu: we reply within one month. We may retain certain data where the law requires it.
