I have several codes: what should I do?

No problem! Enter each code one by one, selecting the same date and time each time. If the slot is no longer available, choose the next one: we'll make sure your group flies together.

I want to add someone who doesn't have a gift voucher

First enter your code and select the day and time of your flight. Then add one or more extra packages, choosing the same time for all participants. If that slot is full, choose the next one: we'll group you together.

I can't use my voucher before it expires

You have two options:
Transfer your voucher: it isn't personal, so you can give it to someone else before the expiry date.
Extend it: you can extend your code by 3 months. Enter your code and follow the renewal steps before the expiry date.

I can't access the calendar or I see "Oops! The voucher cannot be used"

This means your voucher has expired (valid for 12 months). Good news: you can reactivate it and get a new code. Reactivate my gift voucher →
