How it works
Free, instant sign-up at reception: just give your phone number and it becomes your loyalty card.
- ✓One number collects both First Timer and SportFlyer points
- ✓Track your points and rewards in the FidelityBox app (iOS and Android)
- ✓You can also check your balance on the FidelityBox tablet at reception

How to earn points

First Timer
New to flying? €1 spent = 1 point, rounded down to the euro (€208.95 = 208 points). Only purchases paid on site count, not online or phone purchases. Points are credited at payment.

SportFlyer
Flying regularly? Ask for your points at reception on the day of your flight, before entering the tunnel. No retroactive points.

Flights after 8 pm
Reception closed? Before your flight, send a WhatsApp message with your name, phone number, date and time of the flight. No points after the session.

Your rewards
As soon as you reach a level, a notification appears on the FidelityBox tablet. Tell reception your choice: minutes are credited to your account or the discount applies to your next purchase.
First Timer
Points and rewards
- ✓300 points: 1 free repeat flight (to be combined with a booked flight session)
- ✓400 points: 5% off your next purchase
- ✓600 points: 10% off your next purchase
SportFlyer
Points and free minutes
- ✓100 points: 1 flight minute credited
- ✓500 points: 5 flight minutes credited
- ✓1500 points: 15 flight minutes credited
- ✓Minutes valid for 6 months
SportFlyer
Shared sessions (SportFlyers)
- ✓Points match the total session time, not the number of participants: 15 minutes with 4 flyers = 15 points in total
- ✓No half points: points cannot be split into fractions
- ✓Sharing is only possible if all participants are at reception together, in one go
- ✓Otherwise, one person receives all the points

Is it free to join?
Yes. Sign-up is free and instant at reception with your phone number.
Do online purchases earn points?
No. For First Timers, only purchases paid on site earn points.
I forgot to ask for my points before my flight. What now?
SportFlyer points cannot be added after the session. Remember to ask at reception before entering the tunnel.
How long are my minutes valid?
Flight minutes earned are valid for 6 months.
Do promotions earn points?
No, purchases made during a promotion do not earn loyalty points.
