Our change policy
All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy: they are not refunded but rescheduled. Once your booking is cancelled, you simply choose a new date.
Don't want to pay administrative fees? You can offer your booking to someone else: our packages are not personal, except FLY AGAIN and HATCH PACK, which are valid only for their holder.

I just booked but made a mistake
Free on the same dayBooked on our website but picked the wrong date? Request the cancellation by email with your name, voucher code and booking date. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation.
It's free if done on the day of booking. After that, administrative fees may apply unless you took out flexibility insurance.

Free up to 24 h beforeIf you took out cancellation insurance linked to your voucher code (a paid option chosen at purchase), you can change the date and time of your flight free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Email us your name, voucher code and booking date. Within 24 hours of the flight, administrative fees apply.

I don't have cancellation insurance
€15 or €30You unticked the flexibility insurance at purchase: administrative fees apply to change the date of your flight.

- ✓The day before the flight (until 11:59 pm): €30
- ✓Example for a flight on the 10th: until the 8th at 11:59 pm = €15; on the 9th until 11:59 pm = €30
Include your booking code and name in the payment reference (1 payment per code). You'll then receive a cancellation email. The process is manual: if you haven't received confirmation within 48 hours, email us your proof of payment.

€35Same-day bookings cannot be changed unless you pay a €35 administrative fee, no later than 1 hour before your scheduled arrival time.
Without payment in time, your booking can no longer be changed and your flight is lost.
Include your booking code and name in the payment reference (1 payment per code).
