Meet Veronique Bertanier : LXF Leaders for Belly Back Proflyers

2024-08-08

The freedom of indoor skydiving allows her to fly whenever she wants, regardless of the weather or time of day.

This flexibility has led to countless memorable moments, which Véronique fondly categorizes into two parts: Mastering New Moves: "When I'm flying and I manage a new position or a new move, my favorite ones are back and front layouts," she explains.

The thrill of perfecting these techniques keeps her motivated and passionate. Sharing the Experience: Véronique loves organizing sessions where participants can improve their skills while having fun.

"After a sharing session I've organized, when the participants tell me or write to me how much they enjoyed it," she says, highlighting the joy of helping others experience the thrill of flying. Fun and Skill Development in Every Session Véronique's sessions are designed to enhance skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Flyers can request to practice specific exercises, which she incorporates into the program. As participants attend more sessions, they become increasingly comfortable flying with others and learn to execute each move with consideration for their fellow flyers. The programs include a variety of exercises such as moves, grips, over/under maneuvers, backfly, transitions, rolls, and kneefly. These exercises are tailored to suit each individual's level, from beginners to experienced flyers.

Whether someone wants to stick to basic belly flying or explore more advanced techniques, Véronique ensures everyone is challenged and engaged. Groups of 3 or 4 flyers are formed based on skill level and availability, and sessions are offered every day the wind tunnel is open. Essential Tips for Success in the Wind Tunnel Véronique emphasizes the importance of:

Remaining calm at all times Avoiding sudden movements Focusing on body position Having fun! Watching more experienced flyers can also provide valuable insights.

Observing their body positions and movements in the air can help newer flyers improve their own techniques. Véronique encourages questions and values the advice of seasoned flyers, which adds to the rich learning environment. Join the LUXFLYLOVERS Community Joining the LUXFLYLOVERS community allows you to share your passion for flying with others who feel the same way.
